Quick Mindfulness Check In

We often suffer from stress when it isn’t present. We worry about what happened throughout the day and the days ahead. This deprives of what we might be experiencing in the moment and stresses us to the point we are ineffective in solving the problem. Right now, notice if your thoughts are about something that isn’t present. If so, that is normal, notice if it needs to be thought about now. If it does not, then notice what you are doing now and focus your attention there. The issue will still be there when it is more relevant and you will have more strength and focus to handle it.
